My spa exists not just to heal skin and reduce ingrowns, but to help educate and guide people struggling with their skin and body hair form better routines that will lead to a healthier relationship with their own bodies. I myself had this inner struggle for years which is what lead me to aesthetics in the first place. Sometimes spas can be intimidating for people new to skincare or waxing, but know that this is a judgement free zone , and any question is an opportunity for more education. This is your safe haven. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require at least a 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice will incur a $25 late fee for waxing services and $50 late fee for facials.If you have both service types booked I’ll only take the $50 late fee. These late fees serve as a deposit for your next service.
No-call/no-show appointments will incur a fee of 50% of your service cost. I understand things happen, and can be out of your control so please do your best to let me know in a timely manner as I value our time and hope to accommodate all of my clients fairly and efficiently.
A 5 minute grace period is allotted to waxing appointments, and a 10 minute grace period is allotted to facial appointments. However late facial clients will have the remaining time of the appointment after the grace period to be serviced. Appointments missed by more than 10 minutes of their allotted time are automatically cancelled and deemed a no show, and will be charged 50%of your service cost.
